Fixometer training

Jerk 2x28kg: 3x 10reps
Jerk 2x24kg: 10, 20
Jerk 2x20kg: 20

Clean 2x28kg: 45, 9rpm

My Fixometer arrived yesterday and I tried it today. I will write a review further ahead. I believe it is a good training tool. A bit like over-head holds but more fun... All reps were correct today (from a judging point of view), but several reps I had to hold the lockout for several secs. Still, it feels like one learns to satisfy the fixometer. We'll see. Fun anyway.
