Short session; I wanted a new PR with 28s, but cardio was bad.
Saturday
Squats 32kg: 30 (KB on back)
Bulgarian Split squat BW: 10/10
Oa bar hang: 2x 20/20sec
Oa farm hold 36kg: 1min/1min
The bad cardio Wedensday turned out to be due to a cold and fever. Feeling better I did some light lifting yesterday. I might do some more today. For me, training while having a cold usually feel ok if it is not taxing cardio.
