Back to LC
LC 2x20,2x24,2x28kg: 5reps each
LC 2x32, 2x30, 2x28kg: 10rep each
OH lockout hold 2x20kg: 5x 20sec
Cold is a lot better, so I decided to lift some kettlebells while not straining lungs and heart too much. Cardio had gotten a lot worse.
