Jerk 2x30kg: 10
Clean 2x30kg: 30 /6rpm
Too tired for even thinking of an endurance set, so I tried the 32s. Not perfect, not great, but probably my best set with 32s ever. 10points anyhow. Endurance training för the Trollhättan comp /SM clearly had delivered.
Saturday
LC 2x28kg: 3x 12reps, 6rpm
LC 2x24kg: 19reps, /2min (wanted 20)
LC 2x20kg: 23reps / 2min (wanted them to end :-)
Oh lockout hold 2x 20kg: 2x 30sec
The rpms.... did 5x 2min and tried in about my max for that period of time.
