4rpm test

LC 2x28kg: 33/8min

10sec OH-holds / Jerk 2x24kg: 10reps

Bar hang (two hands): 1,5min

Wanted to test how many minutes I could do with 28s at 4 rpm: it became 8min.

Grip strength-endurance... I met kettlebell pioneer Paul Tucker in 2008 in Latvia (my first competition ever!). He said that grip is one of the things that does not stall with age but just keep developing, so "you get that ahead of you" he concluded. I think that might be true in my case as well as grip is less often the limiting factor.
