I wanted to try a regular set with HR meter to see what has happened to my heart rate as I decrease my (snuff) tobaccoe use. Max heart rate during the set was 179 bpm - it is usually above 180bpm.
I got tired but not as tired as normally - I did not have to lay at the floor afterwards :-).
On the other hand, watching the video I noticed several too fast lockouts - which makes lifting easier. In sum, difficult to say anything conclusive on tobaccoe / cardio so far.
