I'm cutting down my snuff tobacco use. My girlfriend's idea - she quit snuff altogether. Normally I take between 10 and 15 portions a day; since Sunday I've taken 4 portions a day. Views vary widely whether snuff tobaccoe influences cardio. I think my heart rate was lower today while lifting, difficult to say though, as I didn't do my standard lifts. We will see.
