Two good things


Oa LC 20,24,28,30,32 & 36kg: 3/3 each weight

LC 2x24kg: 5
LC 2x28kg: 20/4min, PR
ca 10min rest
LC 2x24kg: 26

A rpm PR with the 28s: 4min at 5rpm. Nice!
I was tired afterwards and did less reps than projected with the 24s.

I also did a few reps with the 36kg bell. It's an 8kg bell I transformed a few years ago. At the time, I found it too heavy for over head lifting and glued a 4kg plate to its bottom so I got a pair of 40s for farm holds and sumo deads.

This morning I broke off the extra plate and up it went.
