One aim today, was to break out of my 6rpm-tempo with 24s.
Monday 2nd
LC 2x20kg: 5, 5
LC 2x28kg: 10x 6reps (1min rests, 6rpm) PR
Stretching
A PR with 28s, first time I could do 6rpm during "The Interval template"! Happy with reps as well. Feel sore at places so tomorrow will be rest. Next session will probably be with 20kgs or 24kgs. Snatch?
