Training + some links

Thursday 5th
Jerk 2x20kg: 5, 5
Jerk 2x24kg: 59reps/8min

Was interupted after the jerks and had to go elsewhere.

Saturday 7th
LC 2x24kg: 5,5

LC 2x28kg: 5
LC 2x32kg: 5,5
Jerk 2x32kg: 5

9 minute set with 2x24kg: 3min jerk-jerk-jerk-clean; 3min swing-swing-clean-jerk; 3min clean-jerk

Bulg split squat: 10/10

Wanted to try a 10rep set with 32s (10rep is a goal). Up to 5 it went ok, but around 6-7 lockouts became ugly, tried short cycle jerk as well but the same there. Hypothesis: it is because I have trained more endurance and almost none with 32s last months.

Not so charming is that my (very polite) comment with critique of 5min competition sets was removed. All the other commentators agree... well, the text is still an interesting read with some good points. The situation also indicates how comments and information can function on Facebook.
