So so session

Jerk 2x20kg: 5,5
Jerk 2x28kg: 20,15,10,5
Jerk 2x20kg: 15 sprint

Deadlift 70kg, 120kg,130kg,140kg: 5 rep each

Squat w empty bar
Swing 28kg: 2x 20/20reps

Planned a 30rep jerk set with 28s. At rep 7, or so, young lady said it looked "very dangerous". Still, in rack I explained it is fun and that she could try later. At, rep 16, a four-year-old kid entered the gym. I guess he was attracted by my bright orange toys because he sprinted towards my legs before his mum caught him a meter away. By then I had lost focus and ditched the 30 reps :-). 

Swings and deadlift was fun though. Tomorrow will be rest.
