Race/Pace LC session

LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x24kg: 63/10min

Some bar hang stretching

Another 10min set keeping a steady 6rpm and increased to 9rpm last minute. It worked better than last time. Tired but not as last time and lockouts were a lot better. It can be that I took two rest days before today as one knee felt sore.
