I am hanging around Morozov's "RGSI kettlebell workouts" - LINK
- a bit. What struck me is that the maestro uses heavy one arm jerks quite a lot.
I thought I should do a bit of it as well. Besides strength, I like that One Arm jerk address my mobility issues and differences between right and left.
