Made another template for today. Fixed time sets and focus on breathing and technique. The last set was for training long cycle work capacity. It was surprisingly hard. In fact, worse than last weeks max effort with 24s (the Berlin comp).
I was very happy with the two first jek sets. Not many reps, but good breathing in lockout.
