LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 25

This superset twice: Jerk 2x28kg: 10 ->2x20kg:5

Squat 60kg: 10, 10
Squat 80kg: 8

Bench press 80kg: 5,5,3
Stretching.

Strong First, Pavel Tsatsouline's new organization, has an own deadlift competition team (LINK). Men has to lift 2,5 x bw to enter the team. A lot from my perspective.
