Squat & snatch pyramide

Squat (deep) 40kg x 10reps, 50kgx 10reps, 60x 10reps, 60x 10reps, 70x 10reps
Bulgur split squat: 10/10

Went back home, coffe break, a few rounds of wordfeud... then

Snatch pyramid 24kg: 5/5, 10/10,30/30,20/20,15/15,10/10,10 /10

For the sake of simplicity the pyramid was calculated from a 50/50rep max. Hands held up better this time.

Squats were a lot easier to do when I had not done jerks before. I have an assymetric tendency in squat - that my right hip is more forward (as in my jerk), This was easier to adjust while fresh.

My knees have got better last year, and I have worked a lot on increasing the speed in my dips in jerk. However, I think I might better take more rest in between jerk sessions for a while as the increased dip speed makes knee feel somwhat sore (bilaterally). Surely, just a question of adaptation. Hence a rest from jerks today.
Singing: "Lets start to do lots of fast jerks suddenly, and some squats"

Leoko is my favourite bell by far. Balance is great and the curbed handle is gentle to the wrist. They are horribly expensive, but I want to get me some more.
