Pacing improvement

LC 2x20kg: 6
LC 2x24kg: 63/10min

Jerk 2x20kg, 2x24kg, 2x30kg: 5reps each weight

Bar hang 1min, oa bar hang 10sec/10sec

I have never done 63 LC reps w 24s before, but some lockkouts were dropped too fast so I don't count it as a true PR.
I am still very happy because I succeded in keeping 6rpm for 9minutes and then 9reps last minute. In fact, I did strictly one rep every 10sec until last minute and I have not been able to do that before. Normally, I do 6rpm for five or six minutes then take a longer rack rest before starting again. Cardio was the limiting factor. Grip was fine as I stod in front of an electric fan.
