The adjacent training days experiment continues...

Jerk 2x20kg: 5,5
Jerk 2x28kg: 30,10 (lockout focus)

Squat 60kg: 10
Benchpress 80kg: 2x 5reps

I keep on with my experiment training two, or more days, one after another. I play it by ear. Not getting overuse injuries is prio one; hence I thought I should have a low volume day and no back and grip-centered lifts. Tomorrow will be rest. If knees feel bulletproof I might jog a bit, though :-).
