Two days: The Bunker and SC

Wedensday
I worked with Karin and Amelia again, the lady lifters at Military Fitness in Kärra. I got very happy as they were so good and obviously had worked on/grasped the technique points we discussed last time. Two more ladies for the double jerk+snatch and LC events in the near future.

Thursday 11th
SC jerk 2x20kg: 5,5
SC jerk 2x28kg: 3, 25

Two Supersets like this: 2x28kg: 5reps ->2x20kg: 10reps (no rest in between weight change)

Squats 50kg: 2x 10reps
Squats 70kg: 2x 6reps
Front squat with 10kg dumbell: 10reps

Bench press 80kg: 5reps

Stretching

I mention the dumbell squat as it felt so good for lactic acid. I had a twinge in the neck, so I didn't want to pull today.
