SC 2x20kg: 5; 2x 24kg: 5; 2x30kg: 3 ...fail
Snatch 20kg: 5x 10/10reps
Did a 10min lc set with 24kgs - I think I did +60reps in training sometime previously but it is in the PR-region. It felt good anyway. Minute 1 through 6 was a steady 6rpm. Minute 7, I rested in rack for 30sec, then back to 6rpm. The last minute I increased tempo slightly.
I guess a few reps would get no-count in competition. What made me happy was that albeit I was very tired after the set I was not "dying". Neither did I feel naseous during the set. And grip held up.
I finished by taking a bell out in the sunshine for some snatches.
