LC and variations for GPP

Saturday 6th of July
Walk/run, relaxed tempo, maybe 3kms jogging + 6kms walking

Friday 5th
LC 2x24kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 3, 25 (had no timer so had to count breath cycles and could not count reps)

Black LC 2x24kg: 10 (swing-swing-clean-jerk... hard)

SC jerk 2x32kg: 5
LC 2x24kg: 20

Circle, 4 rounds of:
Bulgarian split sq 24kg: 5 reps
Pull-ups: 5 rep
Farm walk 2x32kg: between pull-ups and squats (ran out of gas quickly, had planned 5 rounds)


Black lc, only 10 reps but still hard.
