Just clean and jerks

LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 3,24

SC jerk 2x28kg: 15, 10, 5
alternated with
Clean 2x28kg: 15,10,5 (rest between each set)

Squat 50kg: 2x10
Squat 60kg: 8reps

Sweated a lot so the cleans began feeling unsafe during the longer set.
