Midsummer training

Short cycle jerk 2x24kg: 10
Short cycle jerk 2x32kg: 5,10,8,6,4

Snatch 24kg: 2x 20/20reps

Pull-ups: 5x 5reps

Bulgarian split squat 24kg: 2x 10/10reps (Bulgarian, Romanian...Icelandic...?)

A sweet outdoors session. Did some snatch - I like doing those outdoors. Have a good Midsummer!
