SC jerk 2x 28kg: 10,25,10

OA swing 28kg: 20/20, 15/15
Clean 2x28kg: 2x 10reps

Close grip bench press 50kg: 2x 10reps

Monday 17th
LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 3,25

Squat 50kg: 2x10reps; 70kg: 2x 6reps

DL 110kg: 6reps
Bench 80kg: 6reps

Squat: I tried lowering the bar just a few cm's and hinging more, feel more comfortable. But might hit already strong areas more.
Now I will look at FB - there was a big GS competition i Oslo this weekend, don't have any news yet.
