LC, summer and more

LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 3,24

Squat 50kg: 2x10reps; 70kg: 2x 6reps

Bench 80kg: 6,6,6,4reps (then a few narrow-grip 50kg)

It has started to become hot and humid at the gym. I had to clean the bells almost up from the floor last reps. Last summer I ditched doing lc at the gym because of grip issues.

Otherwise, my apartment renovation is soon coming to an end. Anyway, I finished the hard (for me) stuff like painting ceilings, removing old wall-papers and carpets, etc, this week. There will still, be some smaller tasks though. Still, I hope I can spend some more time with my neglected friends, lady friend, and training now.
