SC jerk 2x28kg: 3x 10reps
Deadlift 110kg x6reps; 130kg x6reps; 140kg x2, 3reps; 160kg x 1reps
Bench press 80kg: 6,6,4, 4
Some pull-ups
The 160kgs in deadlift went up easy, and the lockout was long. I have pulled 160kg several times the last year, but never more than that... :-)
Saturday 8th
Bench press 80kg: 5x 6reps
Military press 40kg (barbell): some weak sets of 3-4reps (I press double 20kg kbs easy, but not barbell)
Pull ups: 5,5,5,4,3
Biceps curls: 5 sets
Bridge training
Monday 10th
LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 5x 6reps, 5x 5reps (ca 5/6rpm, 1 min rests)
Did some barbell-lifting as well, but I was too tired. The LC felt good though.
