Belted squats 40kg: 3x 10reps
3minutes of half-TGU (Turkish Get Ups)
Didn't sleep well last night due to excitements of life - good things mostly - anyway, I didn't do a lot of work. Belted squats were interesting, very light weights as I have weak points in my range of movement. Don't tip backwards!

Both LC, and Biathlon! It was really nice last fall, I will try to go there. Perhaps as a spectator only.
