Hi again!

LC 2x20kg, 2x24kg: 5reps each weight
LC 2x30kg: 3,3, 7x 4reps, 3,3 (ca 1min rests, longer between last two sets, sum 40reps)

Suitcase squats 2x30kg: 3x 10reps

The last lift, never heard about it before. Well, it it like suitcase deads but with as little hip hinge as possible. Felt it more in cardio than legs though.

I have some other stuff going on, so I will train less often for a few weeks. Perhaps, once or twice a week.
