Pre-breakfast, +40yrs PR

Benchpress 80kg: 6x 6reps

Squats 50kg: 10reps; 70kg: 2x 6reps

Then hurried off for breakfast. The bench is a +40yrs PR for me. I used to bench 6x 6 at 80kg as a standard strength maintenance when I lifted weights as assistance to cardio etc... in my 30s.

This Wedensday started ok then :-)
