Run/walk: 5kms (70 to 80% of HR Max)
Monday 27th
LC 2x20kg, 2x24kg: 5reps each weight
LC 2x30kg: 10x 4reps (ca 1min rests, PR)
Have several activities going on in my life right now, so I grab the opportunity of also taking a low volume training period. 1-2 sessions a week. Probably wont evolve a lot, but wont loose a lot either. Hopefully, the joints will benefit from a calmer period as well.
