LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 22
Deadift: 120kg x 5reps; 130kg x 5reps; 140kg 3x 2reps
Bench press 80kg: 6,6,6,2,2
C'est tout. Wanted to keep at below 80/90% of max.
