Miscellaneous training

Wed 8th
Snatch 24kg: 5/5, 20/20
Snatch 32kg: 5/5, 10/10, 10/10
Oa lc 32kg: 10/10

SC jerk 2x24kg: 5
SC jerk 2x32kg: 5, 5

Deep squats 32kg: 20
Pull-ups 5x 5reps

Hands got sore quickly from snatches as I'm not used to them. Such a good lift though...

Thursday 9th
Run/walk: 5kms (70 to 80% of HR Max)

Friday 10th
LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 20

Squat 50kg: 2x 10reps; 70kg 3x 6reps
Bench press 80kg: 5,5,4; 85kg: 3,3

Squats - I am still learning. Among other things I have no real routine for choosing weights/reps. I straddle towards the light side. I can lift a lot more if I "good morning" the weight up (kind of low back sq, but I can't really place the bar low back :-). But more back/glutes/hams training is not necessary for me right now.
