Sunday
Running/walking ca 6kms in the range of 60-80% of HR max
One of the first spring days! But, what a dip in aerobic ability. Normally, I run at an easy tempo ca for 3kms before I reach 80% of heart rate max. Then I walk until heart rate drops to 60, or 70%, and start running again.On my back home I usually walk one or two more times depending on if I sprint some.
When I ran today I reached 80% after ca 1km. Then I reached 80% maybe five, or six, times before finishing the course
Monday
SC jerk 2x20kg: 5,5
SC jerk 2x24kg: 5,5
SC jerk 2x30kg: 3,16,10,10
Push-ups w blue band: 4x 10reps
Goblet squat 16kg: 10
Bulgarian (split) squat bw: 10
Front squat 2x20kg: 10
Still breathing heavy, but felt a bit more normal.
