LC & some other Fe lifting

LC 2x20kg: 5,5,5
LC 2x28kg: 7x 5reps, 5rpm / 1 min rests
LC 2x20kg: 12

Bench press 80kg: 5x 3reps

Goblet squats 16kg: 10reps
Leg press (the machine!!): some sets, various weights and depth

Hm... the first sets with 28s felt great and fast. Then I got very tired. I planned to do 10x5, as I used to do before my illness. But that was not how it is written in the stars. I also rebelled against the functional paradigm by using the leg press machine, haha.
