Deadlift 130kg: 4x 5reps

Bench bress 80kg: 3,4,3,4,3

Stretching

Tuesday 26th
LC 2x20kg, 2x24kg: 5 reps each weight
LC 2x30kg: 3,10,8,6,4

Farm hold 2x40kg: 2x 1min
Goblet squat 20kg: 2x 10reps
Some wrist roller

I have got a bit weaker I noticed when lifting the 30kgs. Felt great to be training nonetheless.
