Bench press 80kg: 4,3,3,3,3
Bar hang: 60 sec, then some wrist curls
The running was wonderful, out in the countryside and sunshine. The lifting today sucked big time. I think it was because of the running, light dinner and no food in the morning before training. Whenever there is something weird with the clean (lika an involuntary extra swing), the lockout will get bad soon. That's how it was today.
