Training several days, finally something good

Tuesday
Run/walk: 5 kms (HR 70-80%)

Thursday 14th

LC 2x20, 2x24kg: 5 each
LC 2x30kg: 10x 3 reps ca 1 min rests
1min rest
LC 2x24kg: 10

Push-ups with blue band: 3x10reps

Tried two sets of pull-ups with green band but didn't find a good grove; maybe the blue band is better

Sat 16th
SC Jerk 2x20kg: 5,5
SC Jerk 2x28kg: 4x 10reps (long rests with short sets w 20kgs to check form & speed)

Leg press: some sets
Bench press 80kg: 2,3
Bench press 85kg: 2,2
Lat pulls: some sets

A session with focus on jerk form.

Monday 18th of March
LC 2x20kg, 2x24kg: 5 each
LC 2x30kg: 3, 20 (ca 7min)

SC jerk 2x30kg: 3x 5rep (long rests with short sets w 20kgs to check form & speed)

BU clean & hold 20kg: 1/1 (1min/1min)

At last, a session feeling like something ok has been achieved. Focused on speed in dips, ie doing them less super slow. Like Saturday, I mixed heavier sets with 5reps sets with 20kg where I tried to be as fast as possible. A lc PR with the 30kg which is strange.
