SC Jerk 2x28kg: 10
SC Jerk 2x32kg: 5,5
SC Jerk 2x28kg: 10,10

Clean 2x32kg: 5x 5reps
Pull-ups: 3x 5reps
Deep Squats 32 kg: 10
Farm walk 2x32kg

Focus was on the jerks and speed. An outdoor session which was very nice. Pull-ups.... so few :-).

Sunday
Walk/run: 3,6kms (70-80% of HRmax)
