SC Jerk 2x20kg: 5,5
SC Jerk 2x28kg: 3x 10reps (long rests with 5rep sets w 20kgs to "remember" speed)
Bench press 5 sets 70, 80 & 85 kg
Biceps curl and light goblet squats
Bar hang 1min
Tried oa long cycle. I felt strong but there is some awkward feeling in the shoulder that I get when doing one arm jerks. I guess I don't straighten up t-spine the same way as with normal jerks.
