LC 2x28kg: 3, 22 (5:40min)
Bench press 80kg: 4,4,4,4, 3
Drop-/super sets SC jerk 2x28kg: 3 ->SC 2x20kg: 6-> SC 2x16kg: 9 = tired
I tried a max with the 28s and it turned out 22. Nausea and cardio stopped me. Grip is not an issue in the way it was when the gym was warmer during summer.
The last drop set was really tough.
