LC 2x28kg: 4x 10reps, 5, 4
LC 2x20kg: 30 (quite brisk tempo)
Bench press 80kg: 3x 3reps
A sweet session; got tired. Will be interesting to see how this will carry over to lifting 24s in Trollhättan. More weight in the shape of barbell and kettlebell, less reps and long sets, more cardio in the form of running... I have an idea about the turnout but the future will tell.
