LC 2x30kg: 14 (PR!)
LC 2x24kg: 30 (+6rpm)
Farm hold 2x40kg: 1min
BU clean & hold 20kg: 1min/1min (3repR/1repL)
The PR with 30s was nice and even if lockouts were not perfect they were stable and arms straight. I believe it is the bench press that makes the shoulder and triceps stronger.
Hip felt ok today, but I didn't want a lot of volume to unsettle something.
