Friday's dues:
LC 2x24kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 5
LC 2x32kg: 10,5
LC 2x28kg: 4x 5reps (+5rpm, 1min rests)
LC 2x24kg: 3x 10reps (10rpm, 1min rests)
I am quite happy with the first reps in the 32kg sets. In fact, I am a bit happy overall with the 32kg lifting. There's a lot that can be improved, but I think it is an improvement for being me.
It is like now I have a block of wood from which I can carve out 10 good reps. A problem was in the cleans and to get the handles sit well in the hands which, in turn, lead to a bad set-up for some jerks. It was not about grip fatigue but rather speed to make the bells float into rack.
The 10rpm sets with 24s was the hardest, might have been 4 sets.
I have had a light cold for a couple of days, hence I went for more anaerobic training. Otherwise, I would have done some longer 24kg sets.

On jerk try to keep kettlebells' handles together longer when going up. Now they start splitting right when they leave the chest. I think this will help with your top position too.
