LC, bench and the zero-sum-game

LC jerk 2x16kg: 5
LC jerk 2x20kg: 5,5
LC jerk 2x28kg: 4,10,12,6

Pocket power snatch with 20kg bar: 2x 10

Bench press 82,5kg: 4
Bench press 80kg: 4x 4reps

I trained early this morning and had the entire gym for myself.

I am beginning to figure things out down there. The rubber mats were an issue as they are slippery with most shoes. However, with Adidas weightlifting shoes friction is ok (I am not very fond of those otherwise so it's good I found use for them).

For once, I was very happy with my lockouts. Smooth, vertical, and not extremely slow. But there is the law of the zero-sum-game when it comes to my kettlebell-lifting. Hence, my grip became very slippery and I had to keep sets short. Grip has not been an issue in lc for years as I remember.
Now, I am off to Uddevalla to meet some kin and friends.
