The back felt thight when warming up for the deadlift, so I kept it short... next week.
The last exercise might demand some explanation. I read this article about barbell snatch learning: "A Sure-fire Way to Learn the Snatch" (LINK).
Finding the snatch grip and "pocket," respectively, was a revelation. My grip reached the collars at the bar, really wide. As it is good mobility I think I will do this from time to time. I doubt I will use it with a loaded bar though... will start to film with the empty bar and then consider. It felt good, but a video will tell if it looks like a crazed chimpanzee or a snatch element.
