DL & Bench

DL 120kg: 5
DL 140kg: 3
DL 150kg: 2
DL 160kg: 1, and one fail below knee
DL 130kg: 5

DL 70kg standing on 15cm block: 2x 10reps (this felt great, a wide range of movement)

Squat 20kg: 10reps 

Bench press: 10x 50kg, 6x70kg, 3x80kg,3x80kg, 3x80kg

LC 2x20kg: ca 15reps (being pre-fatigued, this was really heavy!)

Another, day at the new gym. The DL fail... I will read the article "Deadlift Diagnosis" by Eric Cressey and contemplate (LINK).

Jag kör konventionellt.
Skulle vilja lära mig sumo men får inte riktig till det.

Med kettlebells funkar sumo ok på högrep (ca 20 à 80kg). Men med stång vill det sig inte.

Har läst att det är bra att varva konventionellt och sumo så det vore kul att kunna den senare.
