Training: Fitness with a touch of GS

SC Jerk 2x20kg: 10, 50 (10rpm)
Some double snatches with 2x12,2x16 and 2x20kg

Bench press: 6x70kg, 3x80kg,3x80kg 3x80kg

Triceps extensions w cable: 4 sets

High pulls 2x16kg: 10
High pulls 2x20kg: 2x 10reps (this should be good for deadlift)
BU clean and hold 20kg: 5 sets of 3/3reps

I trained at newly opened gym belonging to the chain where I train (24-7). The new place is even closer and more spacious. The have some kettlebells of the kind in the picture above. Quite nice, but the grip is very slippery, but I hope that will wear off with use.
