Some strength and lc-training

LC 2x20,2x24: 5 each weight
LC 2x28kg: 3,15,8,5

SC jerk 2x30kg: 2x 3reps

Floor press 2x24kg: 12

Floor press 2x28kg: 7,7

Tri extensions w black band: 3 sets

Biceps curl light bar+blue band: 5 sets

The 28's of today are from Nordic Fighter (LINK). Low price, and ok quality. Beware that the grip diameter is 32, or 33mms, not the 35mms stipulated by most GS organizations.
