Snatch 14kg with fleece gloves: 20/20/15/15/10/10/5/5
BU clean & hold 24kg: 3 sets alternating hand each rep
Bar hangs: 3set
Oa bar hang: 1/1
The 32kg snatches, I aimed for 30/31, but after 21 reps I thought I should change my technique - got confused and I failed to lock the bell out - so I switched arm. Not to say I could do 30/31, but it was my aim anyhow :-).
