French press 20kgx 20reps
My grip and lower back felt fatigued so I went for more of an endurance session. It was the first run in a long time. I thought it should be easy to run as I am quite mobile during my new work (since October). I walk and ride a bike a fair amount everyday - never run though :-). But, it felt like I remember last season's runs. Ok, but not super-easy. Jerks after running was a lot more hard.
